Tyrosinase-IN-52
Tyrosinase-IN-52 is a synthetic heterocyclic derivative of 4-(4-fluorobenzyl) piperazine-acetanilide that possesses tyrosinase inhibitory activity (mushroom IC50 = 85.24 μM). Tyrosinase-IN-52 modulates melanogenesis through a biphasic effect, thereby regulating melanin content, and weakly scavenges DPPH radicals. Tyrosinase-IN-52 exhibits low cytotoxicity against mouse fibroblast 3T3 cells. Tyrosinase-IN-52 can be used for pigmentation-related research.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Tyrosinase-IN-52 (Compound 2h) (1-200 μM; 10 min) is a potent tyrosinase inhibitor with an IC50 of 85.24 μM, exhibiting superior activity to Kojic acid (HY-W050154)[1].
Tyrosinase-IN-52 (1.56-200 μM; 24 h) exhibits low cytotoxicity against 3T3 cells, with cell viability remaining at approximately 80% at 200 μM[1].
Tyrosinase-IN-52 (0-350 μM; 48 h) exhibits a biphasic effect on melanogenesis in HaCaT cells, inhibiting melanin content to 86.86% of the control at 200 μM[1].
Tyrosinase-IN-52 (25-200 μM; 30 min) exhibits weak antioxidant activity, with DPPH radical scavenging rates below 10% at all tested concentrations[1].
