CDK9 ligand 6 (compound 6c) serves as the target protein ligand for PROTAC CDK9 degrader-13 (HY-184693). PROTAC CDK9 degrader-13 is a selective CDK9 PROTAC degrader. It downregulates the anti-apoptotic protein Mcl-1, activates the Caspase-3 pathway, and induces apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia cells^[1].
