MM-02-08 (24 h) simultaneously degrades both the short and long isoforms of BRD4 in MDA-MB-231 cells, and this degradation process depends on the functions of the proteasome, ubiquitin-like modification, and DDB1^[1].
MM-02-08 selectively degrades the short isoform of BRD4 in HEK293T cells via a proteasome-, NEDDylation- and DDB1-dependent mechanism^[2].
