Cladobotric acid H is a polyketide antifungal agent found in the mycoparasitic fungus Hypomyces pseudocorticicola FKA-73. Cladobotric acid H inhibits growth of azole-sensitive and azole-resistant Candida auris, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus udagawae, Aspergillus felis, and Aspergillus lentulus. Cladobotric acid H can be used for the research of aspergillosis, candidiasis.

Cladobotric acid H (compound 123) (16-64 μg/mL) inhibits the growth of A. fumigatus IFM 61493, A. fumigatus IFM 62104, and C. auris IFM 65061 with an MIC of 32 μg/mL, A. udagawae IFM 62100, A. felis IFM 62093, and A. lentulus IFM 62073 with an MIC of 64 μg/mL, and C. auris IFM 64524 and C. auris IFM 65059 with an MIC of 16 μg/mL^[1].
