Euphominoid A is a diterpenoid from Euphorbia milii and an EBV lytic replication inhibitor with low cytotoxicity against host cells. Euphominoid A inhibits EBV lytic replication in P3HR-1 cells. Euphominoid A can be used for the research of EBV infection.

Euphominoid A (compound 1) (2 days) inhibits EBV lytic replication in P3HR-1 cells with an EC50 of 13.16 μM[1].
Euphominoid A (2 days) shows moderate cytotoxicity with a CC50 of 59.57 μM and has a Selectivity Index (SI) of 4.53 in P3HR-1 cells[1].
