In Vitro
(E,E)-2,4-Undecadien-8,10-diynoic acid isobutylamide (Compound 1) (0.03-2 mM; 48 h) inhibits root and shoot growth of Lepidium sativum seedlings at concentrations above 0.3 mM, and inhibits root growth of Echinochloa crus-galli seedlings at concentrations above 0.03 mM following 48 hours of incubation[1].
