FITC-LC-TAT (47-57) acetate
Based on 1 Customer Validation
FITC-LC-TAT (47-57) acetate is a FITC-labeled TAT peptide (HY-P0281) (λex: 493 nm, λem: 522 nm). Derived from the trans-activator of transcription (TAT) of immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1), TAT enhances the yield of heterologous proteins.

Biological Activity
Guidelines (The following is our recommended protocol, which serves only as a guideline and should be modified according to your specific needs)[1].
1) Prepare FITC-LC-TAT (47-57) acetate nanoparticles.
2) Disperse 1 mg of FITC-LC-TAT (47-57) acetate nanoparticles in deionized water, and record the fluorescence intensity using a SpectraMax i3x multimode microplate reader (excitation wavelength λex: 493 nm, emission wavelength λem: 522 nm).
3) Use nanoparticles without FITC-LC-TAT (47-57) acetate as the blank control.
4) Quantify the amount of TAT peptide conjugated to nanoparticles using the standard curve of FITC-LC-TAT (47-57) acetate deionized aqueous solution (0.25-32 μg/mL).
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
