Biological Activity
GSA Protein can bind to specific molecules, such as human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), epidermal growth factor-like proteins, and histamine[1].
GSA Protein helps prevent non-specific binding between antibodies and other proteins present in the sample, making it a reliable blocking agent in immunoassays (ELISA, Western blotting, IHC)[2].
GSA Protein can be used in the production of monoclonal antibodies, and can serve as a stabilizer during antibody purification processes[3].
