H-Arg-OtBu (dihydrochloride) (0.3% solutions treated for 3 times per day) has no signs of corneal inflammation and no evidence of an inflammatory response in rabbit corneal wound healing model^[1].
H-Arg-OtBu (dihydrochloride) (0.3% solutions treated for 5 times per day) is effective in a mouse model of corneal infection by S. aureus and MRSA^[1].
