HTI-1511 potently inhibits the growth of SCC15, CAL27, FaDu, CAL33, SCC25, HCC827, NCI-H1666, PC-9, NCI-H1650, BxPC-3, PANC-1, and AsPC-1 cell lines in vitro with IC50 values ranging from 0.04 nM to 6.2 nM[1].
