In Vitro

In Vivo

The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) E7 protein (49-57) (50 μg; i.p.; on days 5, 9, and 14) demonstrates potent anti-tumor efficacy in a mouse cervical cancer model, with the strongest effects observed when formulated as an ORP150-E749-57 complex plus Poly(I:C) (HY-107202), resulting in 90% survival at day 70 and a mean tumor volume of ~400 mm3 by day 33[1].

Animal Model: C57BL/6 (6- to 8-week-old female; subcutaneous injection of 5×105 TC-1 cells)[1]

Result: Showed no significant in vivo anti-tumor efficacy, with tumor growth and survival similar to control groups (standalone treatment).
