It is suitable for the storage of cells and various biological samples and is designed for high-throughput sample storage, barcode-based identification, and traceability management in biobanks, cell banks, and research laboratories.
Protocol
1. Sample Loading: Add the sample to be stored into the sample storage tube. Do not exceed the maximum working volume.
2. Tube Sealing: Align the cap with the tube and screw it on securely to ensure proper engagement and reliable sealing. Avoid over-tightening the cap.
3. Rack Placement and Barcode Scanning: Place the sample storage tube in a compatible SBS-format tube rack. Use the 2D barcode on the tube bottom, linear barcode on the tube sidewall, or human-readable numeric code for sample identification and information tracking.
4. Storage: Select an appropriate storage temperature according to the sample type and experimental requirements. For ultra-low-temperature storage, minimize freeze-thaw cycles whenever possible.
