Dazdotuftide TFA
Dazdotuftide TFA (TRS01 TFA) is a multi-target immunomodulator composed of tuftsin and phosphorylcholine-related groups. Dazdotuftide TFA regulates TLR4/NF-κB and NRP1/VEGF165 related signaling pathways and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Dazdotuftide TFA can be used in studies related to inflammation and immunoregulation.

体外実験
Dazdotuftide TFA (TRS01 TFA) reduces the production of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-5, IL-6, IL-9, IL-12 (p70), IL-13, IL-17A, IL-18, IL-21, IL-22, IL-23, IFNγ, TNFα and GM-CSF in CD3/CD28-activated human PBMCs, with negligible effects on cell viability.[1]
Dazdotuftide TFA reduces the production of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-13 and IL-17A, and decreases CD68 gene expression in inflammatory human temporal artery biopsies[1].
