LD-38
LD-38 is a drug-linker conjugate for ADC. LD-38 consists of a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor (Exatecan) (HY-13631) and a highly hydrophilic stable and cleavable linker. LD-38 can be used for synthesis of ADCs, such as KA-3123-LD38.

Topoisomerase I |
KA-3123-LD38 is a bispecific ADC targeting EGFR and B7H3, built on the LD-38 platform. In various xenograft mouse models, it has demonstrated strong growth inhibitory effects on non-small cell lung cancer, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, colorectal cancer, and gastric cancer, etc. The current toxicity studies indicate that it has favorable safety characteristics[1].
