MM-02-08
MM-02-08 is a BRD4 PROTAC degrader with a DC50 of approximately 10 nM. MM-02-08 mediates mono-ubiquitination and poly-ubiquitination modifications of target proteins without impairing cell viability. MM-02-08 is applicable to related research on triple-negative breast cancer, prostate cancer, and other diseases.

MM-02-08 (24 h) simultaneously degrades both the short and long isoforms of BRD4 in MDA-MB-231 cells, and this degradation process depends on the functions of the proteasome, ubiquitin-like modification, and DDB1[1].
MM-02-08 selectively degrades the short isoform of BRD4 in HEK293T cells via a proteasome-, NEDDylation- and DDB1-dependent mechanism[2].
