Biological Activity
Millettiasaponin A (Compound 1) (0.1-50 μg/mL; 72 h) shows no cytotoxicity against human leukemia HL-60 cells at a concentration of 50 μg/mL[2].
Millettiasaponin A (0.1-50 μg/mL; 60 min) does not inhibit leukotriene secretion from rat basophilic leukemia RBL-2H3 cells[2].
