Biological Activity
p-NCS-Bz-DOTA-GA (0.1-10 μM, 60 min) can be conjugated to human serum albumin (HSA) via lysine coupling to evaluate the in vivo stability of the resultant constructs[1].
p-NCS-Bz-DOTA-GA can be used in the synthesis of an MRI contrast agent targeting extradomain B fibronectin (EDB-FN), to enable prostate cancer imaging[2].
