E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugates are part of protein hydrolysis-targeted chimeric molecules (PROTACs). They contain an E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand and a linker, which, when linked to a target protein ligand (such as JQ1 linking to BRD4 protein, or Molibresib linking to BET protein), can be used to construct PROTACs for the ubiquitination and degradation of the target protein.
