T-0156 is a potent and selective phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. T-0156 specifically inhibits the hydrolysis of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) by PDE5 in a competitive manner (IC50=0.23 nM).
