Vasculotide TFA alleviates pulmonary microvascular leakage and microcirculatory dysfunction caused by cardiopulmonary bypass, acts as an adjuvant radioprotective agent to reduce acute radiation dermatitis, and promotes BBB recovery after focused ultrasound (FUS). Combination of Vasculotide TFA with antibiotics reduces lung injury .
