Fura-2 AM is a membrane permeable, intracellular, UV light-excitable and ratiometric fluorescent Ca 2+ (calcium ion) indicator. Fura-2 AM crosses cell membranes and is converted to Fura-2 (HY-D0110A) via cellular esterases. Fura-2 AM can be used to detect calcium in cells.

Seglitide (MK-678) is an orally active, selective SSTR2 agonist and somatostatin analog. Seglitide also acts as a competitive Somatostatin receptor antagonist, with pA2 values of 6.50, 6.24 and 6.09 against SS14, SS25 and SS28, respectively. Seglitide produces only weak, transient inhibition of myocardial contractility in isolated right atria of guinea pigs. Seglitide inhibits glucagon secretion and reduces circulating insulin levels. Seglitide causes a sustained, reversible reduction in elevated systolic blood pressure in streptozotocin (HY-13753)-induced diabetic rats, but exerts no effect on spontaneously hypertensive rats. Seglitide induces membrane hyperpolarization and inhibits electrical excitability. Seglitide induces concentration-dependent contraction and significant desensitization in isolated distal colon of rats. Seglitide can be used in research related to hypertension complicated with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus .

Synthalin hydrochloride is a K+ channel blocker with neuronal excitability modulating activity. Synthalin hydrochloride has an effect on NMDA-mediated depolarization, possibly through receptor-mediated modulation of L-glutamate and serotonin (5-HT). The use of Synthalin hydrochloride can enhance the understanding of changes in membrane potential of different neurons and help study the role of polyamines in neuronal excitability .

CHET3 is a sex-selective activator with potent analgesic activity. CHET3 was discovered to be a highly selective omnidirectional modulator of TASK-3-containing K2P channels, including TASK-3 homologues and TASK-3/TASK-1 heterologues. CHET3 exhibited significant analgesic effects in multiple acute and chronic pain models in mice, which could be abolished by pharmacological means or genetic knockout of TASK-3. CHET3 is able to functionally modulate the membrane excitability of specific small sensory neurons, which supports its analgesic effects on thermal hypersensitivity and mechanical hyperalgesia in chronic pain .

Fluvalinate-d5 is the deuterated-labeled Fluvalinate (HY-123320). Fluvalinate is an orally active acaricide classified as a sodium channel inhibitor. Fluvalinate delays sodium channel closure, prolongs cell membrane depolarization, inhibits the excitability of honeybee brain neurons, and exerts a central nervous system inhibitory effect. Fluvalinate negatively affects the learning ability, memory ability, sucrose responsiveness, and survival of honeybees. Fluvalinate potentiates pentobarbital-induced hypnosis, reduces spontaneous activity in mice, and decreases the total white blood cell count and absolute lymphocyte count in mice. Fluvalinate induces acute toxic symptoms in rats, acts as a cholinergic stimulant, and induces the production of hepatic enzymes in rats. Fluvalinate causes the death of Varroa jacobsoni sensitive to τ-Fluvalinate (HY-B2021). Fluvalinate can be used in studies related to mite pest control .
