2',3'-ddT Phosphoramidite
2',3'-ddT Phosphoramidite is a specially modified nucleotide monomer that is specifically used for solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis. Once 2',3'-ddT Phosphoramidite is incorporated at the end of a DNA chain, it cannot continue to extend through normal phosphodiester bonds, and thus can also be used as a chain terminator.
