2-epi-Valiolone synthase

2-epi-Valiolone synthase (EC 4.2.3.155) can produce 2-epi-valine ketone, which requires a divalent metal ion (Zn2+ or Co2+) and a NAD+ cofactor. The NAD+ cofactor is briefly reduced during the reaction.
