3,3'-(Propane-2,2-diylbis (sulfanediyl)) dipropionic acid is a ROS-sensitive cleavable linker. 3,3'-(Propane-2,2-diylbis (sulfanediyl)) dipropionic acid is stable under physiological conditions, but undergoes cleavage in the ROS-rich tumor microenvironment, enabling the release of conjugated Camptothecin (CPT) (HY-16560). 3,3'-(Propane-2,2-diylbis (sulfanediyl)) dipropionic acid can be used in the research of cervical cancer.

Biological Activity
3,3'-(Propane-2,2-diylbis (sulfanediyl)) dipropionic acid (72 h) is a ROS-sensitive linker in TK-CPT-PMPSD nanoparticles. In the presence of 10 μM and 25 μM H2O2, it releases 63% and 80% of the conjugated CPT within 72 hours, respectively, while remains stable under physiological conditions[1].
