4-Hydroxyphenylacetaldehyde oxime monooxygenase (EC 1.14.13.68) is an oxidoreductase that can convert (E)-4-hydroxyphenylacetaldehyde oxime, reduced [NADPH--hemoprotein reductase] and O2 into (S)-4-hydroxymandelonitrile, oxidized [NADPH- -hemoprotein reductase], 2 H2O and H+.
