AF647-PEG12-TCO

AF647-PEG12-TCO is a derivative of Alexa Fluor 647 featuring a TCO (trans-cyclooctene) group for use in inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) click chemistry reactions. It incorporates a PEG12 linker to enhance hydrophilicity and provide increased spacer length. AF647-PEG12-TCO is primarily used for IEDDA click chemistry-based bioconjugation (Ex/Em = 650/668 nm).
