Anti-Mouse VEGF Antibody (G6-31) (5 mg/kg; i.p.; once weekly; 67 days) produces a 72% reduction in mean pituitary adenoma volume, increases tumor doubling-free survival, lowers serum prolactin levels, and reduces vascular density in Men1+/- mice with spontaneous pituitary adenomas[1].
Anti-Mouse VEGF Antibody (G6-31) (5 mg/kg; i.p.; once weekly; 35 days) produces a 73% reduction in mean subcutaneous pituitary adenoma transplants volume and lowers serum prolactin levels in BALB/c nude mice[1].
