Anti-MUC1/CD227 Antibody (C595 (NCRC48)) (5 or 15 mg/kg, i.p., once a week for 3 weeks) inhibits tumor growth and ascites production in OVCAR-3 EOC xenograft mice (nude athymic BALB/c)^[1].

Animal Model:	OVCAR-3 EOC xenograft mice models (6-8 weeks, female, nude athymic BALB/c)^[1]
Dosage:	5 or 15 mg/kg

Result:	Produced less ascites. Inhibited tumor growth. Reduced CA125 levels at 15 mg/kg. Reduced targeted lesions.
