Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) (50 µg/mL, 7 days) is unable to enhance the activation of Melan-A-specific CD8pos T cells by DC-MEL (monocyte-derived dendritic cell electroporated with mRNA encoding Melan-A)[1].
Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) (10 mg/mL, 7 days) enhances intrahepatic hepatitis C virus (HCV)-specific IFN-c and TNF-a production by CD8 and CD4 T cells companied with anti-CTLA-4 antibody in intrahepatic and peripheral lymphocytes from HCV-infected samples[2].
Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) (10 mg/mL, 7 days) enhance intrahepatic HCV-specific CD8 T cell expansion and reverse CD8 T cell dysfunction companied with anti-CTLA-4 antibody in intrahepatic and peripheral lymphocytes from HCV-infected samples[2].

Verified Bioactivity

Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 Juakat cells with Anti-PD-L1 Antibody (HY-P990828, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HY-P8005) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Mouse IgG2b kappa (HY-P99981, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
