  • Experimental Validation Results for Laminin beta 1 Antibody (YA6110)
    Western blot analysis was performed on protein extracts (25 μg) from HepG2 (lane 2),HeLa (lane 3), HT-1080 (lane 4),SH-SY5Y (lane 5),and A431 (lane 6) using Laminin beta 1 antibody. Proteins were transferred onto a 0.45 μm PVDF membrane using the Trans-Blot® Turbo system for 13 min. The membrane was then blocked with 5% nonfat milk in TBST (HY-K1025) for 1 h at room temperature. The primary antibody (1:1000) and loading control antibody GAPDH Antibody (HRP) (HY-P80954A) (1:5000) were diluted in 5% nonfat milk in TBST and incubated with the membrane overnight at 4°C. After washing, the membrane of primary antibody was incubated with HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit/mouse IgG secondary antibody (HY-P8001/HY-P8004) (1:5000) diluted in 5% nonfat milk in TBST for 1 h at room temperature. Protein bands were visualized using an Ultra High Sensitivity ECL detection kit (HY-K1005).

The primary antibody (1/2000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993, 1/10,000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8001,1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

    Laminin beta 1 is a Binding to cells via a high affinity receptor, laminin is thought to mediate the attachment, migration and organization of cells into tissues during embryonic development by interacting with other extracellular matrix components. Involved in the organization of the laminar architecture of cerebral cortex. It is probably required for the integrity of the basement membrane/glia limitans that serves as an anchor point for the endfeet of radial glial cells and as a physical barrier to migrating neurons. Radial glial cells play a central role in cerebral cortical development, where they act both as the proliferative unit of the cerebral cortex and a scaffold for neurons migrating toward the pial surface
