Biological Activity: DBPR108 is an orally active, selective dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor with an IC50 of 15 nM. DBPR108 reduces glycated hemoglobin, fasting plasma glucose and postprandial plasma glucose levels, increases serum active GLP-1 and insulin levels, and improves glucose tolerance.
