Biological Activity: IMPDH2-IN-2 is an inhibitor of Mycobacterium tuberculosis inosine 5′-monophosphate dehydrogenase 2 (MtbIMPDH2) with a Ki,app value of 14 nM. IMPDH2-IN-2 blocks guanine nucleotide biosynthesis and exhibits antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. IMPDH2-IN-2 can be used for research on tuberculosis[1].
