Biological Activity: Gunagratinib (ICP-192) is a low toxicity and orally active pan-FGFR (fibroblast growth factor receptors) inhibitor that potently and selectively inhibits FGFR activities irreversibly by covalent binding. Gunagratinib can be used for the research of cancer[1]. Gunagratinib is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups[1][2].
