Biological Activity: Boc-Pip-alkyne-Ph-COOH is a PROTAC linker, which refers to the alkyl/ether composition. Boc-Pip-alkyne-Ph-COOH can be used in the synthesis of a series of PROTACs, such as ARD-266 (HY-133020). ARD-266 effectively induces degradation of androgen receptor (AR) protein in AR-positive LNCaP, VCaP, and 22Rv1 prostate cancer cell lines with DC50 values of 0.2-1 nM[1]. Boc-Pip-alkyne-Ph-COOH is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
