Biological Activity: Uniconazole-P is a potent competitive inhibitor of Arabidopsis CYP707A3 with an IC50 of 68 nM and a Ki of 8.0 nM. Uniconazole-P inhibits ent-kaurene oxidase, blocking gibberellin biosynthesis via reduced ent-kaurene to ent-kaurenoic acid oxidation. Uniconazole-P inhibits plant growth[1][2][3][4].
