Cecropin A (1-7)-Melittin A (2-9) (0-64 mg/L, 48 h) inhibits E. coli ATCC 25922, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213, B. fragilis NCTC 9343 and C. pefringens ATCC 13124 with the MIC values of 8 mg/L, 32 mg/L, 8 mg/L and 64 mg/L, respectively[1].
