1. Metabolic Enzyme/Protease
  2. Endogenous Metabolite FBPase
  3. D-Fructose-6-phosphate disodium hydrate

D-Fructose 6-phosphate disodium hydrate is an endogenous metabolite. D-Fructose 6-phosphate disodium hydrate can be obtained by hydrolysis of Fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase (FBPase). D-Fructose-6-phosphate disodium hydrate is a sugar intermediate in the glycolysis pathway and the pentose phosphate pathway. D-Fructose-6-phosphate disodium hydrate can be used to detect glucosamine-6-phosphate synthase and TAL activities. D-Fructose 6-phosphate disodium hydrate can be used to study Lewy body dementia.

D-Fructose 6-phosphate disodium hydrate can be used to study Lewy body dementia[1][2][3][4].

In Vitro

D-Fructose-6-phosphate (3.2 mM; room temperature) disodium hydrate can detect transaldolase TAL activity[3].
D-Fructose-6-phosphate (10 mM; incubation at 37°C for 60 min) disodium hydrate can complete the detection of glucosamine-6-phosphate synthase activity[4].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
