In Vitro

In oligonucleotide synthesis, DMT-2'-O-MOE-rA(Bz) phosphoramidite can be used to introduce 2'-O-methoxyethyl-modified adenine into oligonucleotide chains. This modification can enhance the double-strand stability of oligonucleotides, improve their resistance to nucleases, and exhibit relatively low toxicity.
