Biological Activity
dNTP Mixture,25 mM Solution,PCR Grade (50 µM; 1 h) triggers metal-dependent dNTP triphosphohydrolase activity in purified recombinant TT1383 protein from Thermus thermophilus HB8 only when at least one of dATP or dTTP is present, exhibits highest substrate conversion with dCTP (96% in a 5-component mixture), and shows maximal activity in mixtures containing both dATP and dTTP[1].
dNTP Mixture,25 mM Solution,PCR Grade enables efficient cDNA synthesis from RNA isolated from primary human NTM and GTM cells, supporting downstream qPCR-based gene expression analysis[3].
dNTP Mixture,25 mM Solution,PCR Grade supports efficient reverse transcription of RNA from primary human normal and glaucomatous lamina cribrosa cells to cDNA[4].
dNTP Mixture,25 mM Solution,PCR Grade supports efficient MSP amplification of TGFb1 promoter DNA from primary human normal and glaucomatous lamina cribrosa cells[4].
