Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
dTPNPP (Thymidine 5'-(α,β-imido)triphosphate) is generated from dTPNP catalyzed by pyruvate kinase in a cell-free enzymatic phosphorylation system[1].
dTPNPP (24 h) remains stable under pyruvate kinase reaction conditions at 33°C for at least 24 h[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
