Amine Reactive Dyes

Dusquench2 NHS ester is a non-fluorescent quencher containing an amine-reactive group, which can be used to label amine-modified oligonucleotides, amine-containing proteins and other molecules. The maximum absorption wavelength of Dusquench2 NHS ester is 552 nm. Dusquench2 NHS ester can serve as an acceptor in fluorescence resonance energy transfer (RET) and nucleic acid detection applications.

Dusquench1 NHS ester is an amino-reactive fluorescent quencher (it does not emit light and has no emission wavelength, Ex = 480-580 nM), specially designed for labeling proteins, oligonucleotides and other biopolymers containing primary amines.
