Glucokinase activator 10 (compound 13) (3 μmol/kg (179.3 μg/kg); p.o.; once) demonstrates significant glucose lowering in acute diet-induced obese (DIO) mouse OGTT studies. However, insulin secretion is observed at 100 mmol/kg (even without administration of an OGTT)^[1].
