hMC1R agonist 1 (Compound 5) (0.1 nM-10 μM binds to hMC1R (IC50 = 3.5 nM), hMC3R (IC50 = 32 nM), hMC4R (IC50 = 9.1 nM), and hMC5R (IC50 = 4.4 nM) in stably transfected HEK293 cells[1].
hMC1R agonist 1 acts as a full agonist for hMC1R (EC50 = 3.0 nM) in stably transfected HEK293 cells, having low activity to hMC3R (EC50 = 902 nM) and hMC4R (EC50 = 915 nM), with no measurable activity at hMC5R (EC50 >1000 nM)[1].
