JOE phosphoramidite (6-isomer) is a derivative of JOE (dimethoxy-dichloro-carboxyfluorescein) containing a phosphoramidite moiety, used in oligonucleotide synthesis. JOE phosphoramidite (6-isomer) is primarily employed in the synthesis of fluorescent oligonucleotide probes (Ex/Em = 520/548 nm).
