L-Proline tert-butyl ester hydrochloride (compound 014-1) is a proline derivative in the form of tert-butyl ester hydrochloride, which serves as an intermediate in the synthesis of compound 013B. Compound 013B significantly inhibits the activity of KRASG12D and also exerts a significant inhibitory effect on phosphorylated ERK in GP2D cells[1].
