Metazosulfuron
Metazosulfuron is an acetolactate synthase (ALS)-inhibiting herbicide. Metazosulfuron provides complete control of pondweed (Potamogeton nodosus) and prevents its regrowth in transplanted rice ecosystems. Metazosulfuron contributes to increased rough rice grain.
