Neutrophil elastase inhibitor 6
Neutrophil elastase inhibitor 6 is a dual inhibitor of human neutrophil elastase (HNE) and proteinase 3 (PR3), with high selectivity for cathepsin G. Neutrophil elastase inhibitor 6 can be used in the research of chronic neutrophilic inflammatory diseases.

Biological Activity
Neutrophil elastase inhibitor 6 (Compound 113) potently inhibits human neutrophil elastase with a kinact/KI of 4,236,800 M-1s-1, shows even greater potency against proteinase 3, and is highly selective for these two proteases over cathepsin G[1].
