Octyl decyldimethyl ammonium chloride (present in QAC#1) (1-4 h) induces cytotoxicity in L929 murine fibroblasts[1].
Octyl decyldimethyl ammonium chloride (present in QAC#1) (15 min-48 h) induces a significant decrease in reconstructed human epidermis viability to 56% and increases pro-inflammatory IL-1α secretion[1].
