PD-1/PD-L1-IN-44 shows non-specific toxicity (IC50=>20 μM (MDA-MB231), >20 μM (H1299), >20 μM (HCT116), >20 μM (A549))[1].
PD-1/PD-L1-IN-44 (10 μM; 48 h) effectively inhibits the proliferation ability of A549 cells in A549/PBMC T cells, and the inhibition rate even reaches 76.5%[1].
