PLGA-PEG-PLGA (hydrogel) (LA:GA 3:1) (15% solution)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
PLGA-PEG-PLGA (hydrogel) (LA:GA 3:1) (15% solution) is a biodegradable thermosensitive hydrogel product that can undergo phase transition at a specific temperature. PLGA-PEG-PLGA (hydrogel) (LA:GA 3:1) (15% solution) can be widely used in drug delivery systems, tissue engineering, wound dressings, and biosensors. The gelation temperature varies with the concentration; the higher the concentration, the lower the gelation temperature.

Biological Activity
Properties: It can repeatedly gel with temperature changes; at room temperature it is a colorless to slightly yellow transparent solution, and at body temperature it is a milky white gel.
Concentration: 15 wt%
Gel formation temperature: 31-33°C
Generally, 200 μL of a 20% concentration hydrogel solution can gel in a 33°C water bath for 20 min. If the experimental volume or conditions change, it is recommended to appropriately extend the incubation time.
